Location: Scottsdale, AZ -- location: Scottsdale, Arizona job type: Contract work hours: 8 to 5 education: High School experience: 2 Years -- responsibilities: The main focus of this position is to support the daily processing of a high volume AP office

• Open and scan all the Accounts Payable mail
• Numeric data entry
• Saving all AP invoices into the system and routing them for approval-- qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years' of recent experience supporting the AP function
  • High volume invoice scanning experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Candidates must be comfortable with a fast paced high volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail
