Job DescriptionThe role of the Member Accounts Receivable Specialist requires a motivated individual who is looking to partner with an industry leading Fortune 7 company. The Member Accounts Receivable Specialist position is part of our Revenue Cycle team. In this role, the Member Accounts Receivable Specialist will play an important part of the department's ongoing success related to customer service, cash management and member satisfaction. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders and members. As a Member Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:Contact members about their unpaid mail co-pay balances. You will also be assisting the member with any questions that they have on their mail order account. You will assist with refilling pharmacy medications over the phone for the member.You will manage an assigned monitor of member accounts. The monitor will consist of thousands of members. Each member will vary in terms of revenue. The specific assignment of members will be at the discretion of the Senior Finance Manager and/or Finance Manager and based on the overall needs of the department.Required QualificationsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the following: --- 1 year experience in collections or billing --- Working with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and WordCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires its Colleagues in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.+ If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 30 days of your employment. Failure to provide timely proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will result in the termination of your employment with CVS Health.+ If you are unable to be fully vaccinated due to disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief, you will be required to apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 30 days of your employment in order to remain employed with CVS Health. As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated.
