Essential Duties:Responsible for responding to written and phone inquiries from customers and employees regarding loan payments, Loan Payment Letters, Service Loan Transfers, Investor purchases, and general information (low inbound volume)Responsible for contacting borrowers regarding outstanding mortgage payments due to HFG (low outbound volume)Generates all mortgage Loan Transfer, First Payment and Next Payment Letters (outbound mail)Organize and handle incoming mail (inbound mail)Participates in team and project meetings to support or improve processParticipates in internal company meetings and required trainingsMaintains a professional image and demonstrates an understanding of and follows all HFG Policies and ProceduresOther duties as assigned.

Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredMortgage Loan Servicing experience preferred.Encompass LOS experience preferredProficient PC skills to include Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProvides strong customer service to internal and external customersAbility to develop positive relationshipsExceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to implement written proceduresIndependent self-starting, team player with a positive attitudeWorking Conditions:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This job may require handling objects up to 10 pounds frequently and 20 pounds occasionally. While performing the duties described herein, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel in addition to talking and hearing. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
