Are you ready to workwith us?Position Overview The Manufacturing Cybersecurity Administrator will oversee the cybersecurity as part of design, configuration / implementation, and support of Carlisle's manufacturing networks and systems. Interacts closely with manufacturing engineers to understand and support manufacturing requirements while managing risk working closely with the rest of the Information Security team. Additionally, will liaise closely with global Infrastructure Systems and Network teams. The Manufacturing Cybersecurity Administrator will assist with defining Manufacturing / Operational Technology (OT) Security Policy and related standards and will partner with previously mentioned teams to assemble and maintain and OT asset inventory, define and implement baseline configurations, and policies for OT solutions across Carlisle. The Manufacturing Cybersecurity Administrator will identify risk, controls, and work closely to manage risk while continuing to enable Manufacturing Operations. The Manufacturing Cybersecurity Administrator will ensure sufficient backup and DR capabilities exist and are appropriate. The Manufacturing Cybersecurity Administrator will also assist with evaluating and, if necessary, implementing and monitoring solutions for OT.Key Functions and Responsibilities Collaborate with divisional manufacturing engineers and other operational system owners to develop OT device hardening standards.Ensure sufficient backup and DR capabilitiesLiaise with engineers and third-party support vendors on patching activitiesApply mitigating controls for legacy systems such as network isolation / segmentation.Evaluate cybersecurity monitoring and detection capabilities for OT networks.Document OT network and system design and architecture.Document OT assets and maintain asset inventory.Coordinate and assist with controls monitoring and reviews for any OT networks and systems, including cooperation with Internal Audit and external auditors as necessary.Maintain compliance with Carlisle Companies IT policies and procedures.Project management; create and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery, on budget, and within scope. Provide timely and accurate project reporting.Assist with budget planning and development.Other duties as assignedRequirementsSkills and Abilities Strong understanding of OT architecture design and experience supporting OT networks, including strong understanding of OPC UA and MQTT.Experience with Wonderware/Aveva, Rockwell Automation, GE, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Siemens and other Industrial Control Systems solutions.Experience with Azure IoT, Azure SQL, PTC Thingworx, and Kepware a plus.Strong understanding of network infrastructure, architecture, and protocols and experience segmenting ICS / SCADA / OT systems via myriad network technologies (VLAN ACLs, Firewalls, etc.)Strong ability and desire to perform root cause analysis.Strong understanding of fundamental routed and routing protocols and WAN/LAN design.Vendor certifications preferred (e.g. GICSP, GRID, GCIP)Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (Information Technology, Information Systems) required.A team player that can relate to people at all levels of the organization and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.Work outside of normal business hours as required (scheduled maintenance, outage response, last minute urgent requests, etc.).Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and a positive professional image.Ability to be flexible and able to function comfortably in a fast-paced environment.Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions.Vast knowledge of manufacturing process and procedures, and the ability to share this knowledge with others.Ability to travel (up to 25%) and work remotely, without direct supervision.QualificationsMinimum two (2) years of Information Security experience.Minimum ten (10) years of networking and systems support experience with at least three (3) years of experience supporting Operational Technologies.
