Job Description:
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has strong
experience in both accounting as well as traditional FP&A and

path to future senior leadership positions.Key
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading annual budgeting and rolling
forecasting processes for the entire company including P/L, Balance
Sheet, and cash flow elements. Program management skills are
required to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Team cross-functionally with departmental leaders to understand
growth (M&A & de novo), revenue and branch-level expense
projections
- Develop a Data Analytics team to create more sophisticated
tools which drive decision making, enable full accountability and
transparency across the organization
- Partner with corporate accounting team during close of monthly
statements using analytical expertise to support accuracy; provide
analytical Controllership where required
- Prepare monthly Executive Committee and Board of Directors
presentations which include a fulsome review of monthly operating
results vs. targets and prior performance
- Participate in the creation and refinement of key financial
analysis such as the development and refinement of functioning
mid/long term operational model, business development pricing and
company cost to serve analysis, productivity assessment et al.
- Support the senior Executive Team with ad hoc financial
analysis, as requested
- Assist in the integration of all future acquisitions into the
company's reporting structure
- Scenario Modeling & Analysis: Heavy data analysis and dynamic
scenario modeling with emphasis on researching and validating the
modeling inputs and assumptions and ensuring their alignment with
operational models and strategic goals
- Other duties as assigned

requiredQualifications:
- Expertise in Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, organization and time
management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working with teams in a fast-paced environment;
premium on prior management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and develop
relationships cross functionally with different levels of staff and
leadership
- Focused and intellectually curious problem solver
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must
- Proven ability to drive results through influence vs. command
and control
- Familiarity with multi-site healthcare practice & private
equityEducation:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 6-8 years of equivalent experience in
accounting and/or finance (CPA/MBA a plus)
