our business.Role Overview and Responsibilities:We are looking to
hire a Senior Account Executive, Supplier Relations to join the ONE
team at our headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our ideal
candidate is an overachiever who has the capability of interacting
and collaborating with executives, partners, and clients, to drive
the growth of multiple product lines through our e-commerce
Marketplace. You have a keen awareness of the latest marketplace,
e-commerce, and marketing trends as well as merchandising best
practices. You have a background working with multiple product
suppliers, e-commerce brands or marketplaces and you are analytical
with a natural curiosity to test, measure, and iterate to drive
results. Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Lead
product relationships for assigned product lines with partners,
suppliers, and vendorsCapable of quickly establishing and fostering
partnerships with executives and other stakeholders in a highly
cross-functional, matrixed organizationServe as product
owner/business lead to cross-functional teams, including internal
departments such as sales, operations, legal, marketing, finance,
technology in the evaluation, development, management and/or
enhancement of assigned products and/or programsCollaborate with
internal teams to shepherd your products through the development
process, advocating to create the best outcomesResponsible for
working with suppliers to ensure profitability and managing gross
margin to meet budgeted levelsResponsible for growing product
lines, SKU counts, margins, and profitability of your
productsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop or
support sales efforts or go-to-market strategiesNegotiate coop
marketing dollars with suppliers for featured placement in owned
and paid media marketing channels Drive merchandising and marketing
promotions to create demand, work strategically with marketing and
suppliers to drive assigned products through their marketplacesWork
with internal business analyst and suppliers on exit strategies for
slow-moving and obsolete items and/or suppliersAnalyze competition
and ensure assigned products have a competitive edge and
pricingProvide business analysis and reporting on a periodic
basisCoordinate with marketing, relevant internal business units
and IT teams to sustain the product and identify/implement store UX
enhancements/bugsMonitor all queries and issue reporting for the
product and ensure timely resolutionPrioritize the store
development initiatives based on business
impactRequirements:Candidates from a consumer product goods,
supplier, e-commerce, retail, or consumer-facing background will be
considered first. Professional experience in the incentives
industry, e-commerce, retail merchandise, marketplaces, wine
distribution, or consumer web software is a plus. Bachelor's degree
in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.10
plus years of progressive work-related experience, including 3
years' experience in product management, product development,
marketing, or operations, with demonstrated industry experienceB2B
and B2C marketing experience.E-commerce marketing, product, and/or
UX experience.Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office
applications Technologically savvy, detail oriented and
organizedSubstantial cross-functional, customer-centric experience
in product marketing, expert knowledge of product development
strategy and best practicesHas worked in supporting Product
acquisition and management for home d--cor, housewares products,
giftware, jewelry/accessories, marketplaces, or wine
distributionPresentation skills and the ability to articulate
complex concepts to cross-functional audiences to all levels within
the organizationHighly organized with careful attention to
detailFlexibility and the willingness to adapt to meet the needs of
the teamAbility to think critically, be proactive and see the
bigger picture Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and
