corporate team!ROLE OVERVIEWThe role of the Collections Specialist
is to support a portfolio of accounts and ensure that payments are
made according to the terms of the legal agreement. The ideal
candidate will be someone who has a strong desire to work
individually while meeting the needs of a national organization. An
important key requirement is the self-accountability to drive
success in a virtual team environment.RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a
portfolio of accounts and ensure that payments are made according
to the terms of the legal agreement Contact customers to discuss
payment options and find suitable payment plans as necessary Handle
customer interactions via phone (Inbound and Outbound), email, and
voicemail Encouraging customers to utilize payment options such as
credit cards, ACH, or electronic wire and securing information for
administrative services to process Maintain documentation of
customer interactions in CRM Cross-functional Collaboration-ensure
that LifeStance policies and processes requiring cross-functional
collaboration are implemented and consistently followedSKILLS &
EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree
preferred 2+ years of customer service care experience; experience
in healthcare is highly preferred Prior knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA
regulations would be advantageous Prior collections experience is
preferred Microsoft Office experience Ability to exercise courtesy,
tact, and sensitivity even when faced with difficult situations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication
