We're seeking a responsible and organized individual who is passionate about accounting. You should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office and Excel, and have prior experience in ecommerce, bookkeeping, or retail.


As our accounting intern, you'll be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including submitting and reconciling reports, billing third-party vendors, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reviewing invoices from warehouses and agencies. You'll work closely with our team to ensure we're hitting our goals and maintaining optimal stock levels.


Here are some of the exciting things you'll be doing:


* Submitting and reconciling daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, invoicing, and sales reports using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite

* Assisting with projections and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels

* Billing third-party vendors and managing accounts payable and receivable

* Reviewing invoices from warehouses and agencies to ensure compliance with company policies

* Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients

* Liaising with executives and handling requests and queries in a timely and professional manner

* Preparing and distributing scheduled reports


Here's what we're looking for:


* A degree in accounting or a related field

* Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting principles

* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular), QuickBooks and willingness to learn NetSuite

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
