  Type: Full Time
  Compensation: $95, 800 - $146,400 DOE
  Location: Remote. Primary location is 9201 E. Mountain View, Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. - -
  Hours: Monday - Friday and day shift. May include some evenings and weekend hours. -

  POSITION SUMMARY:
  
  The Treasury Operations & Risk Manager will play a key role in the Finance department to support corporate liquidity, optimize short-term cash investments, efficiently execute electronic payments, concentrate cash and manage bank relationships and bank accounts. - In addition, they will be managing relationships with our insurance broker and carriers and manage the annual insurance renewal for the company. - Finally, they will be responsible as systems administrator for certain systems within the Accounting team.
  
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  • 
    
  • Daily cash management including:
    
    • 
      
    • Developing daily cash position worksheets for daily cash concentration.
      
    • Approve daily electronic payments (wires and ACHs).
      
    • Execute overnight investments or redemptions for the cash concentration account.
      
    • Concentrates cash from domestic banks not in zero balance account (ZBA) structure.
      
    • Prepares and distributes Daily Dashboard.
      
    • Prepares bottom-up short-term cash forecast.
      
      
    • Responsible for bank KYC requirements, banking documentation, etc.
      
    • Supports internal and external reporting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports.
      
    • Prepare quarterly debt compliance files to ensure compliance with external debt covenants.
      
    • Supporting our internal funding strategy by creating necessary funding requests in order to consolidate cash in a timely and cost-effective manner while meeting the company's operating requirements.
      
    • Provide support in order to administer intercompany loans, reporting, and documentation.
      
    • Manage intercompany settlement process.
      
    • Interface with other departments including A/R, A/P, Accounting, and Payroll
      
    • Develops and maintains key treasury controls, documentation and departmental processes.
      
    • Works with banking counterparties to identify appropriate bank services, establish and maintain appropriate banking structure.
      
    • Act as a subject matter expert on global payment best practices, regulations and requirements.
      
    • Leads special projects to increase efficiency, improve decision making, or reduce costs as needed (potential examples include acquisition integrations, development of our ERP, etc.).
      
    • Manages annual insurance renewal process, liaising with other departments as necessary.
      
    • Responsible for day-to-day insurance matters and managing the relationship with our broker and carriers.
      
    • System Administrator for various financial systems, primarily within the accounting area (i.e. NetSuite).
      
    • Other projects as directed.
      
      Qualifications
      Must Haves: -
      
      • 
        
      • 7+ years of finance experience in a large public company, ideally within Treasury Operations.
        
      • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
        
      • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
        
      • Qualified Accountant preferred.
        
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
        
      • Ability to work effectively with internal and external counterparts.
        
      • Proven ability to work within a team environment.
        
      • Excellent math and analytical skills.
        
      • Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to maintain composure while dealing with tight time constraints.
        
      • Preference given to applicants with a knowledge of Treasury Workstations, SWIFT and other Treasury systems.
        
      • Strong skills in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
