Job Description Job Description Senior Payroll Specialist LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in Scottsdale who is looking to add a Senior Payroll Specialist to their team. This job is Monday-Friday and may provide hybrid flexibility once you are fully trained and ramped up. To be considered, you must have at least 5 years of multi state full cycle payroll processing, as well as ADP WorkForce now. Salary range is between $75,000-$90,000 DOE. Key Responsibilities: Process full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple states Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Manage payroll tax filings, garnishments, benefits deductions, and year-end reporting (W-2s, etc.) Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure accuracy of employee data and general ledger reporting Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation and internal controls Qualifications: Bachelor Degree Minimum 5 years of experience processing full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees Required: Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now In-depth knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll laws and tax regulations High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Preferred: CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Benefits: Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Professional development opportunities Stable Monday-Friday schedule Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Interested?
