The right candidate will be detail oriented and have exceptional problem-solving skills, great customer service and a team player. Job Requirements:

• You will assist the team with scanning information into various systems.
• Assist clients with resetting account passwords.
• Answer phone calls from clients and directing to appropriate Client Services team member.
• You will assist with various administrative projects to support the team
• You will assist with any administrative task including, copying, scanning and faxing.
• Data Entry into CRMQualifications:
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great customer service attitude
  • Detail oriented
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office primarily Email, Calendar, Word and Excel
  • One-year experience with CRM system; prefer Salesforce
  • Assisting Estate Team with account updatesCompensation Package:
