Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team! Ideal candidates are people-oriented, patient, and great listeners. Successful candidates have a "people come first" attitude and pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service. This is an entry-level position, offering a consistent schedule, exceptional benefits, and plenty of room for growth!Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a multi-line phone system and direct customer calls to the proper department, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Communicate with customers in a professional, warm, and empathetic manner
• Maintain plate and gas logs
• Assist management with various clerical duties, as neededDesired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • "How can I help you?" communication-style
  • Team player attitude
  • Available to work evening hours and SaturdaysDeal Breakers:
