Responsibilities
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides general clerical
and administrative support to the company's executive level
management team.
Specific Duties
- Under general direction from the executive level management
team prepare presentations, memoranda, word processing,
spreadsheets, organization charts, etc. Prepare departmental
meeting minutes. Responsible for sorting and delivering mail.
Responsible for ordering office supplies. Responsible for reception
and telephone duties. Assist with appointment and meeting
scheduling. Coordinate and process monthly expense reports. Make
meeting and travel arrangements for the executive level management
team. Prepping, logging, and depositing premium payments for
Accounts Receivables. Various special projects monthly/quarterly as
directed by executive level management team. Perform other clerical
duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying and scanning.
May perform other functions as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent); plus an associate's degree or
its equivalent of at least five years of experience in the field or
in a related area.
- Minimum of five years of experience in an executive
administrative assistant role. Excellent PC skills, working
knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills Ability to take initiative and use
judgement in determining priorities Ability to maintain a high
level of confidentiality Entrepreneurial qualities, such as trying
innovative solutions, resiliency to change and recognizing what is
most important to get done. Ability to establish and maintain
effective and cooperative working relationships Ability to work
independently and in a team environment. Ability to communicate
effectively. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication
skills.

perception, and infrequent need for distance vision, color vision,
and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work
environment is usually moderate. Most functions of this position
are completed while sitting at one's desk and working on a
