The duties include prioritizing tasks, emails and phone calls, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements. An ideal candidate is organized, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role in a dynamic environment.This is a full-time position, requiring a person who is able to work flexible hours based upon needs of the day.Job Duties: -

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Company meetings - In-Person and Virtual
  • Help with daily time management and task prioritization
  • Coordinate material for events and speaking engagements
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportationAbout you: -Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of Executive or PA. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities include:
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking
    • Confident personality and capable of being persistent when necessary
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (also Salesforce, Zoom and e-mail marketing software would be a plus)
    • Social media skills
    • Copywriting skills
    • Diplomatic and tactful
    • Extremely detail oriented and organized
    • Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to work with all team members.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts
    • Ability to work independently and have focused thinking skills
