Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Corporate Office located in Scottsdale, AZ that is looking for an Office Administrator to add to the team. This is a Monday through Friday Full-Time In-office position. Pay Range $20-$24/hr depending on prior experience.

Job Duties:

  • Answer, screen, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage reservations via software system
  • Manage and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Maintain workstations and conference rooms
  • Place catering orders, including set up for office meeting meals
  • Provide support for client deliverables
  • Manage mail and courier requests
  • Act as point of contact for facilities related requests. May utilize property management work order system
  • Provide reception coverage as needed
  • Provide limited trouble shooting of office equipment
  • Assist in other projects as assigned Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of Administrative or Receptionist experience
  • Proven exceptional client service and ability to build rapport with all level
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
