We are looking for a marketing leader to be in charge of the organization's marketing efforts and partner with the business to establish Emerge as a thought leader in the logistics space and share the vision for our unique product offerings with the broader industry. In this role, you will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and work with senior leaders of the organization to help create the future of the brand and position it accordingly. You will be responsible for building a world-class marketing team, providing management of campaigns, strategic leadership, high-performance and collaborative team culture, functional excellence and partnerships. You'll be in charge of the creation and execution of marketing plans and the management of its creative development and execution to fuel demand and drive brand strength. Requirements Strategic Objectives

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities
• Plan and execute campaigns to support the launch of new products and product features
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence and positioning the company as a thought leader in the logistics industry
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
• Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
• Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
• Build and lead a high-performance, world-class marketing team with a winning culture
• Drive deep understanding of customer segments and evolving needs to inform product and customer propositions, build value propositions, positioning and go to market strategies for Emerge customers
• Deliver customer and category business growth through development and implementation of marketing initiatives, campaigns, partnerships and activations ensuring a high degree of excellence from start to finish
• Champion Emerge's brand values and mission through various creative campaigns, and building out the brands' social media presence
• Work cross-functionally with business analytics, design, product development, finance and senior leadership across the organization Your Talents Include
  • Minimum 10+ years in B2B marketing or related experience with a successful record of delivering work with measurable business results on time and on budget
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience, with proven ability to grow and manage high performance teams across a broad spectrum of levels and experience. Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and manage teams through change effectively
  • 5+ years of experience as final point of accountability for commercial targets and business results
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related discipline. Advanced degree is a plus
