This role partners closely with key stakeholders to lead the vision, strategy, and execution across all digital platforms while leveraging best practices to optimize and manage the MarTech stack.. Essential Functions. Set vision and direction for Digital Properties (Zellepay.com, Authentify.com, EarlyWarning.com and Partner Portal) including:. Develop and execute management routines to understand stakeholder needs while also prioritizing site maintenance and enhancement schedules. Support long term strategy by developing a schedule and leveraging internal team to regularly test consumer facing website and portal for usability best practices and availability to minimize customer disruption. Manage strategy for search presence and working to improve organic search traffic via SEO/SEM (for Early Warning or Authentify brands, initially). Recommend best practices to product owners to enhance customer experience and customer acquisition. Partner with stakeholders (including marketing, sales, product, technology and PMO groups) to inform and prioritize stories. Develop strategic plans to refresh and maximize a best-in-class MarTech stack to support product, marketing and sales' business needs including:. Recommend enhancements to existing marketing technology and integrate new tools and processes to drive optimization and automation. Lead team to execute campaigns, optimizing user experience and reporting on key metrics. Empower team to own the data architecture and synchronization between key marketing tech apps to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date. Maximize the marketing automation integration by recommending customer journey best practices and leveraging data to provide impactful insights to key stakeholders. Design and execute automated nurture, ABM, and lead scoring initiatives to own the sales and marketing funnel. Leverage Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) partners to automate monthly marketing insights across key digital platforms and tools. Drive close alignment with technology & revenue growth by using insights and analytics to support more efficient selling and marketing including:. Manage analytics, reporting, and data integration for sales/marketing teams. Drive the testing and optimization of paid channels, keywords, and messages (for B2B). Work closely across marketing, engineering, sales, product, planning, analytics, design and development partners, drives strong strategies to ultimately influence product revenue and client adoption targets.. Provides exceptional leadership in developing highly engaged, high performance teams.. Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.. Minimum Qualifications. Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field or equivalent experience. 10 or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field. Experience working for either a start-up or high-growth organization.. Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment.. Previous experience managing relationships with varying levels of seniority, creating successful marketing programs and go-to market strategies for partnership. Excellent leadership skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly effective interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships and trust throughout all levels of the organization.
