As Marketing Assistant, your role is to assist the marketing team in generating a powerful, compelling marketing message that will create emotional responses from prospects to grow our client base and to ensure our current clients continue to stay engaged. -Our commitment is to assisting individuals all over the world to continuously grow and develop themselves, ensuring they can achieve the success they desire in life, and your efforts shall support that commitment.
Duties and Responsibilities:---The Marketing Assistant is responsible for delivering content to support all of HCI's digital channels, social media, and email marketing strategies. -The primary responsibility of this position is to support the marketing director's direction to generate leads, increase company revenue, sales, profitability and longevity through strategic marketing efforts.
The Marketing Assistant will work hands on to implement these strategies to increase traffic, engagement and lead generation across all channels. -This will include yet is not limited to:
Support all digital initiatives including: -

• Corporate Branding: -Ensure the company's brand and message is clearly communicated by all marketing efforts with the outcome of building the Michael Bernoff brand to become a household name.
• Websites: Contributing to the overall vision and implementation of HCI's main and secondary websites.---Bringing a thorough knowledge of current technologies and best practices, direct website refreshes and redesigns, evaluating ways to update website user experience, design, functionality, and mobile/responsive strategies. Assist with implementing plans to keep content up to date and engaging.
• Social Media: Assist with all corporate social media sites, involved in all strategy and content. Implement plans to grow users and engagement while elevating and promoting the company brand on social channels.
• Lead Generation: -Assist with powerful campaigns to create continuous and constant lead flow and generation to increase customer base. -
• Sales Funnels & Campaigns: -Assist development of funnels and campaigns to generate sales for all existing and future product lines.
• Audio/Video: Assist in creating engaging audio and video content to engage users across all digital platforms.
• Be involved with copy writing emails and electronic marketing materials.
  Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and provide recommendations on adoption where appropriate.
  Brainstorm new and creative ways to grow engagement, visitors and followers.
  Support relationships with agencies and vendor partners.
  Assist with monitoring analytics and success metrics for analysis and ongoing strategic planning. Provide regular reporting of all digital activities and results.
  Additional Marketing Department functions/responsibilities, as needed.
