About This RoleHello, prospective pickle! We are seeking a Vice
President of Sales and Marketing to join the Design Pickle team and
help lead the next leg of our growth in a market ripe for
disruption. You will be an integral member of the senior leadership
team and be responsible for leading brand, demand generation,
account-based, and customer marketing, as well as inbound and
outbound sales teams. Teams are in place, and a scalable process
needs to be implemented and executed. The ideal candidate for the
role is committed to winning and has a proven track record of
success leading sales and marketing teams to impressive results,
including pipeline creation and beating quota regularly.If you have

have...10+ years of professional experience leading sales,
marketing, strategy, and growth-oriented initiatives in high-growth
companies.Demonstrated success in scaling and growing revenues of a
well-funded Venture Capital / Private Equity backed company to a
target of $100MM ARR.Proven track record of building and leading
high-performance teams that deliver profitable revenue growth.
Comfortable with achieving exponential growth over an accelerated
time frame.Enterprise mindset. Capable of targeting and selling to
SMB, Mid-market, and Enterprise companies, as well as driving
business transformation initiatives designed to increase the flow
of qualified pipeline and deliver customer expansion and
experienced in demand generation and account-based sales and
marketing.Expert-level negotiation skills and experience closing
complex six and seven-figure sales contracts.Experience designing
and using technologically-advanced and data-driven systems to scale
up growth and achieve revenue goals. Able to deliver programs
across customer journeys, act on buyer intent to increase
opportunities, and optimize conversion rates of qualified leads to
winnable deals. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and
project management skills. Able to turn insights into executable
plans and drive initiatives through to completion.Demonstrated
experience building sales compensation plans that attract, retain,
and inspire sellers.Exceptional communication (written and verbal)
and listening skills. Ability to convey complex information to
broad audiences.A track record of strong followership. Charisma,
enthusiasm, accountability, and desire to win. Experience in
hiring, coaching, and holding geographically distributed teams

Objectives and Responsibilities Build and lead high-powered teams
that continually execute against well-defined processes. Oversee
pipeline creation and complete sales cycle from opportunity
identification, qualification, pursuit, and closing support.Attract
and cultivate talent. Build a culture of winning and performance.
Balance short, mid, and long-term goals. Build an engine for
pipeline growth that services the business today and lays the
foundation for future success and scale. Develop and implement a
sales strategy to exceed revenue targets and expand our growing
customer base. Define a 12 and 24-month sales enablement and growth
roadmap.Evaluate existing company sales and marketing competencies
and organizational performance. Identify new approaches to provide,
expand and improve product and brand viability across the business
to gain market share and improve profitability.Plan and prioritize
sales and marketing initiatives for the company and manage
day-to-day activities that align with meeting business priorities
and objectives. Drive success in new markets, categories,
platforms, and channel partnerships.Raise awareness, and capture
demand to generate a pipeline using digital advertising, paid
search, content marketing, and organic and paid search. Inspire,
educate, and engage customers at conferences, field events, trade
shows, executive events, and virtual experiences to increase
pipeline generation and expand use of Design Pickle services. Bring
a systems-thinking approach to bear, troubleshoots, and optimize
core activities-the ability to build and innovate on blueprints,
frameworks, and plans that enable teams to scale
effectively.Collaborate with Customer Success, Revenue Operations,
Product, Global Production, and Executive leadership to identify
strategies and actionable initiatives that enable accelerated
growth and expansion. Actively build, support and maintain
strategic relationships with key stakeholders.Work closely with the
Executive leadership to establish and pursue new business goals and
revenue opportunities. Advise senior leadership regarding evolving
business prospects, issues, market trends and opportunities for
better positioning in the market.Guide the design and development
of a reliable sales architecture, including tools, systems, and
processes to drive awareness and growth.Provide visibility into
sales and marketing execution through improved forecasting,
pipeline management, and operational KPI and metric measurement and

$200,000 to $260,000 annually. The actual salary offer to a
