We need next-generation thinkers who are eager to tackle these incredible opportunities.Concord is seeking an upwardly mobile person to positively impact its collection results across multiple consumer-facing industries. This position will be responsible to direct Concord's various collection efforts for solar, home improvement, energy efficiency, timeshare and other industries we service.

• Determine optimal collection strategies for each consumer asset
• Devise appropriate collection campaigns to achieve the desired results
• Assess the effectiveness of each campaign and report its results to all stakeholders
• Deliver macro & micro reports to illustrate various collection actions and their results
• Build & deliver reports to assess each collector's effort & results
• Evolve Concord's collection strategies & reports to meet ever-changing external and internal drivers
• Be a key contributor to Concord's collections success
• Ability to learn quickly, to strategize and to implement action plans to improve results
• Desire to contribute to the organization's success, including making a teamwork effort to support the organization's efforts
  • Proven experience as Director of Collections or equivalent position
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Experience with large-scale collection activities in consumer-facing industries
  • Knowledge of predictive dialers and telephone systems used in call-center operations
  • Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Exceptional skill with spreadsheet software and business-information reporting software
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM,)
