At Amerisleep, we work with a variety of publishers that promote our products. And we're looking for an experienced affiliate marketer to help us drive additional revenue growth. - -Between affiliate outreach, dynamic commission structures, and strategic negotiations, you'll have your hands full in helping us to drive better and higher-quality referral traffic. Our ideal candidate already has existing publisher relationships and a proven process for recruiting, retaining, and growing strong affiliate partnerships. -Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end affiliate relationships from recruiting to commission structures to referral traffic optimization.
• Primarily drive traffic from media publishers (not coupon sites, loyalty programs, etc). -
• Prepare promotional resource kits for partners and affiliates.
• Develop and regularly optimize our outreach process for acquiring new publishers. -
• Create and share new incentive programs to get publishers promoting Amerisleep more often. -
• Have a passion for data. Track and analyze sales, costs, and conversion rate data in spreadsheets.
• Work diligently to multiply our ROI from ongoing efforts.Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing affiliate campaigns that drove at least $100,000 in sales annually. -
  • Understanding of various affiliate platform tools and trackings, such as Impact, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, custom pixels, and more. -
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, with an appetite for personal and professional development.
  • Able to budget, plan, and execute on projects with short timeframes.Requirements
    • At least 3 years of experience with affiliate marketing among e-commerce brands. -
    • Experience managing pixel integration, tag management, and Google Analytics.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related fields.
