We are looking for an -Accounting & Reporting Director responsible for specific duties.



Your specific duties will include:

• 
  
• General ledger Accounting
  
  • 
    
  • Direct supervision and development of accounting team
    
  • Ensures compliance with financial policies, including application of US GAAP
    
  • Manages monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes
    
    
    
  • Financial Close Process
    
    • 
      
    • Facilitates month end closing process and prepares financial statements and other internal and external reporting within deadlines
      
    • Improve and manage monthly and quarterly close calendars, ensuring tasks are completed timely and sequentially.
      
    • Define, implement, and document adequate and effective processes to improve the financial close cycle
      
      
      
      Specific qualifications for the -position include: -
      
      
      • 
        
      • At least 8 years of increasing responsibility in accounting or finance management positions
        
      • At least 3 - 5 years of management experience required
        
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (with heavy accounting coursework or experience)
        
        Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
