The main function of the Marketing Specialist position will be responsible in supporting the Marketing Director across both digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensuring that our corporate brand and multiple communities are consistently represented and promoted. This position will also assist the Marketing Director with administrative duties and contribute to the efficient distribution of marketing materials through Planogram ordering.

Essential Functions:

Develop, design, execute and manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including automated drip sequences.
Segment target audiences and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, implementing improvements based on data insights.
Assist in the ordering and management of marketing materials according to established planograms.
Ensure timely and efficient distribution of marketing collateral to communities.
Coordinate with vendors and community managers to process reorders.
Provide day to day administrative assistance to the Marketing Director.
Support various marketing projects, ensuring their timely completion.
Compile data for monthly reports.
Collaborate with community managers to gather content and ensure marketing initiatives align with the specific needs of each community.
Assist the Marketing Director in organizing and executing marketing initiatives, including promotions and digital/traditional advertising efforts.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Role Qualifications / Skills/ Abilities

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
1 to 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, multi-family housing, manufactured housing, RV Communities or a related industry.
Proven Experience in graphic design required.
Strong background in email marketing is essential.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams), Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva, Active Campaign, HubSpot, and/or similar email marketing software.
