Club Location: Grayhawk Golf Club - Scottsdale, AZ Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. A clubhouse grounds maintenance worker ensures the exterior, landscaping, and amenities of a club facility are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing . Key duties include mowing, landscaping, operating machinery, cleaning pathways, and managing trash. This role requires physical stamina, basic machinery knowledge, and often early morning, weekend, or holiday shifts. Key Responsibilities Landscaping & Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, and mulching lawns, flower beds, and shrubs. Facility Cleaning: Removing debris from walkways, maintaining parking lots, and emptying trash receptacles. Equipment Operation: Utilizing riding/push mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers. Irrigation & Special Projects: Monitoring irrigation systems, assisting with planting new plants/flowers.
