AUTO COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE – EXPERIENCED ONLY Location Tempe, AZ 85281 | Onsite (Possible Work From Home after 2 months) COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $19/hour overtime opportunities • Flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Mon–Sun • Temp-to-Hire • Start date: Next training class begins in July ROLE IMPACT As an Auto Collections Representative, you will be a key player in driving financial recovery by managing delinquent auto loan accounts. Your expertise in collections will support the client's success in reducing delinquency rates, while fostering positive customer relationships and providing tailored solutions. This role offers growth potential with a clear path to permanent employment and flexible work options. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to collect on delinquent auto loan accounts • Negotiate payment arrangements and professionally resolve delinquencies • Utilize skip tracing tools to locate customers when necessary • Maintain accurate account documentation and update notes • Meet or exceed daily productivity targets and quality standards • Collaborate with team members and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2 years of proven experience in auto collections or related financial recovery work • High School Diploma or GED required • Flexible availability for an 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, including some weekends • Willingness to work mandatory overtime, especially at month-end CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Automated dialer systems • Skip tracing platforms • CRM and collection account management software • Microsoft Office Suite PREFERRED SKILLS • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities • Proven ability to exceed collection goals and KPIs • Results-driven and resourceful with excellent customer service skills By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
