Overview: This is a Full Time position at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in Phoenix, AZ. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $2 4 hr with benefits including: * Free entry to any Six Flags Park for all employees with each visit * Additional complimentary tickets for friends and family Pay: $24/hour Responsibilities: The Operations D ivision is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and experienced individual to join the team as a full time Sr Supervisor . You will oversee the safe and efficient management of aquatic operations and programs, maintenance and upkeep of the waterpark , and supervision of aquatics staff. Qualifications: * Must be at least 21 years of age * 2 years of Operations/Aquatics supervisory experience or background * High School Diploma or GED is a must * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Possess the ability to handle confidential information without divulging contents to peers and coworkers * Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure * Able to handle confidential information responsibly * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Able to work flexible/rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time * E&A International Lifeguard Training Program® certification * ILTP® Instructor (must be obtained if hired) * Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent (must be obtained if hired) * Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Ability to inspire and motivate team members to work together and exceed expectations * Ability to pass background check and drug screening
