ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a process engineer to work with our Business Transformation Office at LifeStance Health. You will assist a team in the day-to-day operations and coordination of the team's activities. This role is critical to keep the team moving forward on a fast-paced schedule, managing the complex coordination across different streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

--- Provide Value Stream Mapping across cross functional teams for companywide processes

--- Process design with a keen eye for efficiency, standardization, and identifying key enablers that need to precede new systems and tools implementation

--- Design and/or redesign of end-to-end company level business processes

--- Tee up key discussion items and enable executive decision making

--- Shift between high level strategic intent and dive into the details as needed

--- Build relationships and support communication with necessary internal and external stakeholders

--- Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet the team's expectations and company goals

--- Liaise between departments to ensure smooth operations delivery

--- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines

--- Create and maintain internal systems that allow the team to work and share knowledge efficiently

--- Build and maintain strong inter-company relationship through regular meetings and communications

--- Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements

--- Assist internal teams to achieve performance targets

--- Identify problems in process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner

--- Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations

--- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

--- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred

--- 5+ years of relevant experience in process engineering, project management, program management, VSM, Agile, and Six Sigma

--- PMP or Six Sigma certification required

--- Skilled and efficient at performing administrative tasks and using various computer programs (Google apps, Microsoft Office products including Excel, etc). Experience working with MS Project, SmartSheet, Jira (or related project management tools)

--- Excellent presentations skills, experience with executive level presentations

--- Experience partnering with IT to enable new systems integrations

--- Excellent proactive problem-solver who can leverage resources and execute tasks through completion

--- Great at project management and multi-tasking, understanding needs, and balancing priorities

--- Excellent communicator with strong positive interpersonal, oral, and written communication. Great at building relationships with both internal and external teams
