You will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide your team in the investigation and solution of challenging technical problems. You will use your leadership skills to motivate teams that are designing new or modifying existing products, parts and processes. By collaborating with customers and broader engineering teams, you will balance team workload and drive exceptional team performance with high impact for the business.--- Influence & challenge engineering teams to effectively solve complex engineering problems.--- Accelerate innovation and growth while leading a team of talented experienced engineers.--- Partner with customers and broader engineering teams to ensure the resources and skills needed to drive business growth.--- Drive cross product alignment between Anthem and dependencies--- Manage functional execution within teams and across teams--- Manage alignment of functional development to regulatory requirements--- Drive continuous improvements into the functional execution across teams--- Responsible for coordination across engineering IPTs systems, software, and hardware--- Responsible for all phases of product and platform lifecycle (design, development, integration, test, certification, production, in-service)U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorizationYOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
  
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
  
• 15 plus years of Aerospace Industry experience
