In this role, you'll be a vital part of the audio post-production process, ensuring high-quality audio experiences. You will be working on a variety of projects, using your expertise to shape the sound of captivating stories.As a Media Engineer, you will be responsible for a range of audio post-production tasks. This includes recording, mixing, and mastering audio content, as well as editing sound effects, dialogue, and music. You'll leverage your technical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to deliver polished and impactful audio experiences.Responsibilities:

• Record, mix, and master audio content for various media projects
• Edit sound effects, dialogue, and music to enhance storytelling
• Create and utilize Pro Tools templates for efficient workflows
• Employ Izotope plugins and Soundminer for audio processing and asset management
• Maintain meticulous file management and labeling practices
• Navigate extensive music and sound effects libraries
• Ensure adherence to audio mastering and loudness standards
• Perform audio quality control (QC) checks to maintain high standards
• Contribute to audiobook production and delivery (depending on experience)Experience:
• Proven experience in recording and mix engineering
• Proficiency in Pro Tools operation and template creation
• Working knowledge of Soundminer and Izotope plugins
• Strong understanding of audio mastering and loudness standards
• Experience in sound effects, dialogue, and music editing
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent file management skills
• Ability to navigate large music and sound effects librariesIdeal Candidate:
• Experience with audiobook production and delivery
• Familiarity with the client's intellectual property (IP)
• Ability to manage multiple audio tasks concurrentlyThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.64 to $42.94 an hour.
