Job Description:
Overview A growing manufacturing team is seeking an experienced
CNC Programmer / Machinist with strong MasterCAM programming skills
and advanced CNC mill setup and operation expertise. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for producing precision parts to
exact specifications and contributing to a high-performance team in
a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. If you thrive in
technically challenging industries such as aerospace or
semiconductors, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Create
NC code using MasterCAM from print to finished part Set up and
operate CNC milling machines, including multi-axis operations Apply
machining knowledge to a wide range of materials including
aluminum, stainless steel, and plastics Develop and maintain CNC
programs, tool data sheets, and setup instructions Interpret and
apply GD&T standards from engineering drawings Collaborate with
engineering and production teams to ensure high-quality outputs
Work with CAD, CAM, and other manufacturing software tools Adhere
to ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent quality management systems
