Our client, a leading Aerospace & Avionics Engineering manufacturer , is seeking a Systems Engineer (Avionics) to join their team. As a Systems Engineer , you will be part of the Avionics Engineering Department supporting Next?Generation Aircraft Systems & Monitoring Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , attention to detail , and collaborative communication , which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Systems Engineer (Avionics) Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Pay Range: $50 – $62 per hour What’s the Job? Develop, integrate, and verify Aircraft State and Aircraft Systems Monitoring applications Support deployment on Honeywell’s Next Generation Avionics Platform Perform systems/software requirements development, validation, integration, and verification Create model-based designs using Simulink Support ARINC 661 graphics development using Scade What’s Needed? Engineering or Computer Science degree Experience with systems/software requirements development, validation, integration, or verification Model-based systems engineering (Simulink preferred) ARINC 661 graphics development experience (Scade preferred) Experience with aircraft sensors and aircraft systems (Air Data, AHRS, GPS, flaps, landing gear, FADEC, etc.) What’s in it for me?
