Job Description Job Description A top client is hiring for an experienced Project Manager (Turf Installation) in Phoenix, AZ. As the Project Manager, you will manage contractor installation projects, which include site measurements and drawings of project layout, ordering needed materials, meeting the crew onsite to guide them through projects, and addressing any customer concerns with turf or installation. You will also address warranty issues and gather information on failed turf, repairing any small turf issues on site. As the Project Manager, your responsibilities include: • Perform site measurements and customer estimates • Follow up with customers and contractor issues in a timely manner • Project manage each contractor job through installation • Meet onsite with contractors to educate on turf installations • Keep neat and accurate drawings of customer projects • Assist Office Manager when needed To be successful in the role, you must possess: • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Ability to use a computer and phone system • High school diploma or equivalent • Turf Installation Experience required Benefits: • Will be eligible for health insurance the first day of the first full month following 30 days of employment • 401k match (30 day waiting period) If you are ready to work with a growing and innovative organization, please apply today!
