remains our prime focus each and every day. Job Summary This
position is responsible for the Phoenix Office facility repairs and
servicing the vehicles for the FSEC fleet. Duties/Responsibilities
Performs inspections and preventive maintenance on light vehicles
and is periodically required to work on vehicle maintenance in the
Warehouse. Responsible for training on driving safety and Company
Vehicle policies; creates and maintains employee company vehicle
records including checklists, SOPs and procedures. Creates work
orders and records. Opens request orders for parts. Carries out a
continuous effort to improve operations and work processes and
works cooperatively and jointly to provide continuous improvement
and customer/employee-driven service. May require deliveries to and
from jobsites on an as needed basis. Work closely with our
employees to coordinate and schedule vehicle fleet repairs,
maintenance and oil changes, when necessary. Work in compliance
with the companys safety policies at all times. All documentation,
field updates and communication must be punctual & complete.
Develop and maintain partnerships with local vendors. Manage
repairs and claims for all our vehicles. Create efficient and
sustainable processes for receiving notifications for non-routine
maintenance, upkeep and follow-up on GPS violations and
notifications. Support with all vehicle registration. Perform a
variety of facility maintenance including changing light bulbs,
plumbing, taping, painting, and overall cleanliness. Take pride in

Performs other related duties as assigned. Required
Skills/Abilities Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of the use of shop equipment and tools. Knowledge of
safety practices and procedures. Proficient in the use of computers
including excel, word and Adobe. Strong interpersonal relations.
Extensive experience in routine facility repairs and fleet
maintenance. MUST have excellent organizational skills and be a
self-starter. Excellent oral and written communication. OSHA 10/30
Certified. Physical Requirements Capable of performing physical
labor including but not limited to moving equipment and carrying
tools weighing up to 50 pounds. Knowledge of hazards and safety
precautions. Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult
positions such as climbing ladders, crawl spaces,above ceilings,
etc. Knowledge of basic electrical system installation. Excellent
communication skills, using precise and respectful terms when
dealing with customersand team members. Knowledge of facility
maintenance, including repair practices and procedures. Ability to
understand, execute, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at
all times. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to pass
a pre-employment background and drug test. Experience Related
