Identity Studios, an Arizona-based B2B marketing agency serving high-tech clients across the United States, is currently seeking to add an Interactive Services Manager to its team. The Interactive Services Manager's role is to manage the full life-cycle of interactive projects - determining requirements with clients, defining project scope, setting and managing deadlines and deliverables and managing the schedule of the development team.. As the owner of the project vision, the Interactive Services Manager guides the Development team and is ultimately responsible for each project's success. A passion for cutting edge interactive work and efficiency is a must. --------------- Please Note:

• Include samples of your 3 favorite projects (links or screen shots with a short description) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following are key items the Interactive Services Manager is responsible for on a daily basis:
  • Managing Project Plans & Timeline - managing project tasks in our traffic management system, hitting deadlines, staying at or under budget, organizing each project's business objectives and setting the team up for success. A detailed project plan accompanied by an accurate timeline is a necessity.
  • Managing Project Budget - budgeting and managing the technical team within that budget.
  • Managing the Project Team - managing our development professionals and driving them to success.
  • Working with the Creative Team - interfacing with designers, copywriters and our Creative Director as necessary during the project.
  • Interacting with Clients - working with the client to clearly define each project's scope while ensuring the client's needs are met. Strong interactive and technical expertise is a must.
  • Creating Scope, Requirements and Architecture Documentation - creating necessary up-front documentation so developers, both in-house and outsourced, have a clear understanding of the technical requirements for the project. Creating post-project documentation for clients is also required.
  • Managing QA Efforts - delivering a quality product that meets standards and follows all QA and testing guidelines. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Anticipate client needs and propose alternative technical solutions
    • Possess a knowledge base of each client's business, systems and objectives
    • Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project: team, scope, budget, timelines, etc.
    • Motivate teams of cross-functional disciplines (strategy, design and development) to achieve the desired project goal Qualifications:
      • Proven ability to lead development and production teams
      • Experience in developing functional requirements, project plans, and budgets
      • Passion for learning the latest interactive technologies and techniques
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment, juggling multiple projects at once
      • Strong knowledge of online development technologies such as .Net, HTML, CSS and Flash
      • Knowledge of emerging platforms like mobile and Facebook
      • Strong knowledge of project management processes including Agile methods
      • Knowledgeable on the latest online marketing strategy and tactics
      • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff and the management team The chosen candidate will receive a base salary dependent on experience and track record.
