When things change, you know how to "roll with the punches".--- You enjoy the challenge of changing current (and developing new) products/services that will ensureclient offerings are relevant and leading edge for our clients and in the industry in which we compete.Responsibilities includes the following. --- Represent clients high standards and core values at the client site--- Supervise incident management, change management, problem management, and network optimizationprojects for client solutions--- Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors--- Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction--- Collaborate with client and key partners to achieve sustainable growth--- Coordinate implementation and operation activities with client--- Customer communications; primary interface for all customer issues--- Confirm, establish if needed, and keep track of key account metrics--- Provide client with critical perspective and guidance on strategy, investments, and innovation--- Lead Customer Service Reviews with client (weekly, monthly, quarterly)--- Operational ITIL analysis and reporting (trend, performance, availability, and capacity management)--- Generate reports (SLA and operations)--- Supervise Customer and Internal processes--- Coordinate the efforts of cross-matrixed resources--- Demonstrate broad vs. deep understanding of technical solutions and architecturesRequired Skills/Experience--- Bachelor's Degree or experience equivalent--- 7+ years in a client delivery/customer service management role--- Managed Services experience is required.--- Previous experience in service manager and project manager role required.--- Implementation and optimization project management experience--- Proven track record with leading high-performing cross-matrixed teams (Account Teams, Customers,Service Delivery, and Operations)--- Creative, flexible thinker who is willing to take initiative and share alternative solutions with peers andmanagementTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A typical day in the life of a Client Deliver Manager might include:--- Participating in client meetings relating to strategy, planning or issue resolution--- Coordinating multiple teams to ensure client needs are met and project deliverables are on schedule--- Identifying customer issues and working with an integrated team to provide resolutions--- Supporting sales through growth of services at existing customers--- Developing and updating product/service deliverables (executive reports, technical summaries, etc.) at alllevels of the organization--- Coaching and developing team members formally and informally--- Ensuring quality and service level expectations are met--- Balancing competing priorities for team's resources--- Driving issue resolution--- Team Capacity planning and resource allocation--- Meeting with other Managers to deliver consistent and collaborative offerings/servicesLimited travel may be required.Our client provides their employees a feature rich compensation plan including but not limited to:
