The Sr. Channel Operations Manager are responsible for working
closely with top performing Channel Managers facilitating the sales
process through pipeline reporting and process navigation. Manage
partner relationships in pre/post-sales environment to ensure
success of Nextiva's Partner Program.
Assist Manager of Sales Operations with team education
Answer questions on process and procedures within the Sales
Assist with Sales Operations Manager/Coordinator new hire training
Assist with onboarding new Channel Sales representatives
Manage Partner Relationship
Provide a single point of contact for partner pre and post sales to
their assigned Channel Partners
Assist with any partner escalation and direct them towards correct
department CM/CAM/IM/IC/ Support as needed. This may include
customer facing phone calls to resolve escalation.
Proactively reach out to his or her assigned top Partners to
conduct Partner reviews
Sales Ops Manager could potentially be involved in the recruitment
or onboarding of new Partners
Provide ongoing training to channel partners on sales portal
functionality and creating quotes
Educate Partners on Nextiva processes and procedures
Educate Channel Managers on any new or updated process within the
Support sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation;
quotes, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, Licenses & Software
Coordinate, write and drive the completion of RFPs in partnership
with Sales by engaging key corporate departments while maintaining
and improving an RFP repository and best practices processes
Maintain SFDC with key artifacts during the sales cycle
Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and
Work closely with Service, Sales Engineering, Enterprise Sales
Architects, Product Marketing, Marketing and other Nextiva
functional areas to support the sales team's success
Partner with sales Directors and Managers to ensure new initiatives
align with current capabilities
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 4 years of Telecom/Technology
Ability to coach Channel Operations Mangers on processes,
procedures, and partner engagement
Ability to review Channel Operations work product and provide
mentorship and feedback
Flexible in schedule to meet business needs
Ability to execute in fast-paced environment on a high performing
Travel may be required up to 40%
