Summary: - Completes architectural projects by planning,
organizing, implementing, and monitoring design and execution
requirements; supervising construction; guiding team members.
Assists the Team Director and/or Project Architect with all
assigned projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the
projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding
parameters by performing the following;
Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential
information; coordinating actions; reviewing open issues and action
items; contributing information to team meetings and reports;
guiding team members.
Completes projects by developing concepts; developing sketches;
building models; preparing drawings of the structural system and
landscaping; developing and monitoring schedules and timetables;
obtaining approvals; making adjustments.
Meets financial requirements by estimating costs; developing
budgets; monitoring expenses.
Supervises construction by obtaining and filing required documents;
soliciting and evaluating bids; selecting contractors; ensuring
adherence to design, schedule, specified materials, and quality
work standards; solving design/construction problems.
Meets legal requirements by following building codes, zoning laws,
fire regulations, and related ordinances, such as, access by
Provides project reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
Updates job knowledge by maintaining licensure; participating in
educational opportunities; reading professional publications;
maintaining personal networks; participating in professional
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting
ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

candidate must possess the ability to Develop & Monitor Budgets,

Communicate, have a broad depth of Architectural Design for
municipalities, HOA, and County Requirements, understand all
aspects Project Management, Planning, be Innovative, and a Team
