Job Description:
Summary of Position:The Director of Front Office is responsible
for overseeing all areas of the Front Office and Guest Service
operations while maintaining an environment whose goal is "A
HEARTfelt experience---BEyond Expectations". - This influential
Leader will also be fully immersed in all plans to maximize revenue
and profits through strong training, stellar service, upselling and
resort sales involvement.Essential Functions:
Qualifications:Education: -College degree preferredExperience:
-Prior rooms/resort management experience requiredCertificates or
Licenses: -N/AKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to train and
supervise with strong leadership skillsAbility to make quick and
efficient decisions to benefit the team and guest.Ability to
memorize and perform HEART values, BE Standards, 4+ Diamond
standards, and Mystery shopper standardsAbility to use a moderately
complex computer system and troubleshoot software problemsKnowledge
of Property Management systems, i.e. Springer MillerKnowledge of
Management Reporting toolsPersonal Characteristics:--- - - - - -
Behaves ethically and honestly--- - - - - - Communicates
effectively: Speaks and listens and engages in a clear, thorough,
and timely manner, effectively reading and writing, using the
English language--- - - - - - Professional Appearance: Exhibits an
appearance appropriate for a four diamond resort (Specific grooming
