Duties/Responsibilities--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Exemplifies the desired values, culture, and philosophies of the organization.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Responsible for new-employee orientations/overview corporate training.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Obtains and /or develops and distributes effective training materials utilizing a variety of media and/or approaches.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Proposes training and development programs and objectives.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Conducts new client system training when necessary.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Coordinates the Concord University Program and Tuesday Town Halls (calendar, content, recruitment of trainers)--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Develops and maintains organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Modifies programs as needed to modernize training topics or due to regulatory changes.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Produces KPIs around new hire training classes through surveying and employee stick rate and success.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Conducts additional presentations when necessary (ie. support of periodic Companywide town halls/meetings)--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Serves or chairs corporate committees as needed.What technical skills, software applications and/or equipment operation is necessary to perform the duties of this position?-- -(i.e., typing, computer skills, electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.):-- ---- --- --- -Foundational knowledge of "loan"-- - characteristics/calculations/amortizations - preferred--- --- --- -Basic computer skills--- --- --- -Knowledge of Microsoft Office--- --- --- -Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus--- --- --- -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-- -What kind of work experience (including length of time) and/or education is required for satisfactory job performance?--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Knowledge of company procedures and policies (including FDCPA and state and federal rules and regulations)--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Knowledge of Adult Learning principles - preferred--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Prior learning and development and/or training experience is preferred but not required--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Prior experience in developing training material- preferred--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Prior supervisory experience - preferred--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Prior experience in call centers - preferred--- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Ability to meet company goals and objectives and speak to performance of such.-- -What other special training and/or abilities are necessary to qualify for this position?(i.e.,-- -licenses, certificates, registrations, Concord University classes, etc.)--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- -If necessary, Training certification through Mexican Department of Labor--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Constructive and cooperative nature working with other departments
