Overall Purpose
Through the perfect blend of strategic thinking, operational process and project management (and execution), this role serves as the liaison to help B2B and Digital Marketing teams achieve their business goals with excellence. Develops efficient and scalable processes to enable team members to do their best work and accomplish business objectives. This position experiments, presents creative options to solve business challenges, thrives wearing different hats and has an eye for detail.

Essential Functions
Establishes scalable processes and management routines to support strategic cross-functional business objectives by leveraging workflow management tool.
Works with marketing team members to outline business objectives and success criteria and fine-tune activities to help team members exceed expectations.
Helps align campaign execution to business objectives and key performance indicators in partnership with the VP of Marketing Insights & Operations.
Makes recommendations and implements change to enable operational improvements throughout teams.
Manages the end-to-end program activities across marketing campaigns including scope management, interdependencies, success criteria, deliverables, critical path milestones, resource management, finance management, and quality management. Appropriately engaging all stakeholder groups.
Enables teams to execute, resource and monitor assigned projects and campaigns to keep on schedule and on budget.
Monitors projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress, proactively works with project team mitigating risk and effective issue resolution.
Provides visibility into key initiatives and escalates areas of concern to leadership.
Identifies and manages project interdependency defining critical path project & program level milestones, effectively communicating to all stakeholders.
Performs retrospectives, drives improvements and sharing of best practices.
Consults on campaign design within the workflow management tool to help drive the right response and engagement for our brands and audiences, including B2B, B2C and Partner marketing in collaboration with stakeholders.
Works with analyst to optimize campaigns based on campaign performance and identifies areas for testing and improvement; provides recommendations.
Manages agency vendors to help execute strategic projects, such as website replatforming or programs around conferences.
Supports the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data

Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in or related fields
Minimum of 5 or more years of related experience with at least 3 years of marketing operations project management experience and at least 3 years of demand generation experience managing marketing campaigns.
Comfortable facilitating and managing the execution of projects across teams
Business performance focused
Detail-oriented, project management and prioritization skills
Background and drug screen

Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
