We are seeking a full time assistant manager to join our team of fantastic professionals!

Our family owned company is looking for someone who can instill fun and excitement into potential and current residents through creative social media marketing and sales.

    • Touring prospective residents
    • Invoice and job cost entry
    • Follow up with prospects by phone, email or text
    • Collect and review applications and background checks
    • Prepare rental agreement documents for signing
    • Retaining current residents
    • Planning resident functions
    • Responding to resident concerns
    • Communicate regularly with the rest of the management team
    • Being part of a team and having fun while providing great customer service
    • Must be available to work one weekend day
