Culinary Manager
You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently,
performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative
duties to support your team. You communicate well with all
contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your
various culinary projects.

What you will be doing:
- Manage all culinary colleague profiles & pay codes in Watson &
Dayforce
- Daily review of all scheduled colleagues in Dayforce to ensure
proper coding and compliance with company policies
- Daily ordering for banquet kitchen
- Build F&B Manager schedule weekly and distribute to the team
with Executive chef approval
- Complete culinary payroll for review by Executive Chef
- Manage the timelines & filing of colleagues reviews, vacations,
time off requests, corrective actions and new hires
- Organize and file all colleague reviews for F&B
(Annually)
- Manage Maricopa County Health Department inspections, codes and
SCP variances
- File and maintain records for Food Handler Cards and
- Alcohol Certificates for F&B
- Track culinary training of colleagues as set by Executive
Chef
- Maintain F&B communication board
- Organized culinary recognition program
- Coordinate culinary purchases & maintain pars of colleague
uniforms
- Attend weekly resume meetings and communicate pertinent
information to F&B team
- Attend daily BEO meetings to highlight upcoming groups and to
take notes
- Create Employee Action Forms as requested
- Cost and format recipes as requested
- Fill out expense report and travel request forms as requested
- Planet 21 champion for F&B
- Additional duties as assigned by Executive Chef
Your experience and skills include:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple
interests
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with
discretion
- Bilingual an Asset (Spanish / English)
- Exceptional Organization and communication Skills
- Fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Watson, Day Force,
Birchstreet
- Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
- Confidentiality agreement require
