Job Purpose:Position Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the sales branch and its personnel, comprising of Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants. Typical branches comprise of between 5 and 15 people. The Branch Manager's direct supervisor is generally offsite and therefore the Branch Manager must use the requisite skill, discretion and judgment to ensure the Company is compliant with all state and federal laws as well as company policies. Duties and Responsibilities:---Manage, Direct, and Report loan origination activity. ---Recruit, train, and retain competent, professional, and highly driven loan officers---Responsible for meeting or achieving branch level objectives as set forth by Senior Management---Responsible for Total Customer Satisfaction at all stages of the loan origination processQualifications:---Minimum of five years of relevant mortgage origination experience ---Previous management experience preferred ---Excellent communication skills, high integrity, and ethical standards ---Proven ability to motivate a team to hit company driven metrics. ---Ability to organize, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines ---Self-motivated, high level of personal energy and commitment.---Problem solving skills as well as flexibility and adaptability are of key importance.Celebrity Home Loans is an Equal Opportunity employer.
