other IoT solutions.The Customer Service Manager - The Americas,
acts as the interface between departments with regards to: Issue
management, sales forecasts, sales orders, order acknowledgements,
deliveries (outbound logistics) and / or customer returns. This
role plans, coordinates and controls the activities of the customer
service team to maintain and enhance customer relationship and meet
organizational and operational objectives.Responsibilities
- Deliver the right products, in the right quantities with the
right lead time and the right costs (price) to customers,
accompanied by the correct documentation.
- Execute and control the day-to-day operational customer
services process for sales orders & returns
- Provide excellent customer service by follow up on customer
requirements.
- Communicate and work within the established parameters for
sales orders and support inventory management process
- Troubleshoot and problem solve with regards to the
above-mentioned tasks and responsibilities; escalate when
necessary.
- Be a team player and back up and assist other Customer Service
team with issues that may arise in their daily work
- Motivate and recognize staff, conduct performance reviews
annually and as neededExperience

- AS degree required
