The role will also be responsible for leading the development and usage of the Plexus Design System, built to establish consistency and simplicity. The role will take an iterative approach to design that includes user research, A/B testing, prototyping and collaboration. The UX/UI Manager will guide other members of the team through projects as well as be responsible for delivering high-quality work of their own.Position AccountabilitiesThe following are essential accountabilities:
--- Work closely with other marketing and communication team members as well as IT product teams, IT developers, and stakeholders to deliver products with an excellent user experience.
--- Advocate and promote modern UX design standards.
--- Partner closely with product owners to transform product strategy and user stories into layouts, user flows and interaction behaviors.
--- Individually and as a team, deliver thoughtful, usable designs and interaction behaviors, well representative of the Plexus brand.
--- Lead and manage large scale, high-priority digital experiences, often working with tight deadlines and with expectations to deliver as a high-performance team.
--- Manage the day-to-day on multiple projects and work streams of the UX team. Manage the development of the Plexus Design System. Identify and pursue new opportunities that will advance the organizational business goals.
--- Rapidly iterate on designs, with the ability to manage team members with the same tasks. Quickly wireframe and prototype concepts to review with IT and stakeholders.
--- Lead test participants through case and usability studies. Analyze, prioritize and incorporate usability feedback. Provide continuous competitive research, leverage industry resources and market trends, sharing with stakeholders and the team often.
--- Assist with design QA/ QC and release testing. Provide valuable mentorship and strategic management of team members, inspiring great work. Report on status of projects and department objectives being met.

--- Contribute to the overall growth and success of Plexus by embracing the Plexus core values:o We are One Plexus.o We are accountable. o We get the job done right.o We empower others.Position QualificationsMinimum Education: BA in Interactive Design, Product Design or related fieldPreferred Education: Master's in related fieldMinimum Experience: 5-7 years as a UX/UI designer or similar role with experience managing others. Must have development and coding experience.Preferred Experience: 5-7 years as a UX/UI designer or manager within the direct selling industry.Supervises: UX/UI DesignersSpecial Skills: Ability to be a self-starter, who is extremely eager to grow and develop personally while managing a dynamic team. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with others both within the team and cross-functionally. Must be a listener with the ability to hear concerns, goals and objectives of product owners and stakeholders, and then articulate those to designs that meet business goals while still ensuring the best practices. He/she must be able to work under pressure, executing well within tight deadlines and changing priorities. This role must be able to coordinate multiple assignments and deadlines for themselves and their team, utilizing and capitalizing on strengths. Strong attention to detail and a savvy knowledge of UX/UI, web, and mobile standards and will use these and other skills to improve the overall user-facing experiences. Ability to collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations. Ability to anticipate obstacles, communicate effectively and plan accordingly. Adept at providing solutions and working in cross functional areas to facilitate successful completion of projects. Demonstrated ability to contribute to the professional development of a team and provide innovative leadership. Ability to bring high energy, remain positive in a dynamic organization and lead high-performing teams. Values relationships and is able to influence others to develop relationships that are reflected in continuously positive experiences.
