VP Finance / Controller - $125K to $150K DOE plus bonus in Scottsdale, AZ at Vaco Salary: $125K-$150K base salary DOE plus bonusVaco is looking for a curious, enthusiastic, and process-oriented accounting professional to lead the accounting department of a family-owned Real Estate company with an excellent culture. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Controller in the Real Estate, Construction, or Property Management industry. We are looking for a candidate with a "roll-up sleeves" and "hands on" attitude that has strong leadership and people management skills.Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA preferred
• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Real Estate, Construction, or Property Management experience preferred
• Multi-entity accounting experience ideal but not required
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skillsResponsibilities:
  • Manage accounting department and staff
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Cash management
  • Maintain fixed asset schedule and depreciation
