Job Description:

The Employee Brand marketing team helps bring the Massage Envy brand voice to life by driving awareness and helping to create positive Employee Brand sentiment through ongoing, multi-channel marketing activities. The Employee Brand Marketing Manager helps lead the development and execution of a wide variety of marketing tactics and collateral and drives direct recruitment marketing efforts that support franchisee efforts to recruit and retain licensed massage therapists and estheticians and other location staff. This is not a traditional HR or talent acquisition position, but an opportunity for an experienced marketer to apply their marketing skills within the talent space.Essential Functions

  • Serves as a talent marketing expert for the brand, identifying opportunities for improvement, sharing best practices, and educating on available resources
  • Supports media campaigns by meeting tight deadlines with required marketing assets
  • Works in collaboration with the Operations Employee Brand to develop marketing tools and resources and leads creative recruitment field needs
  • Coordinates with approved agencies on monthly national performance results to put into local market recruitment reports; documents and shares best practices
  • Coordinates with internal and external partners to streamline and simplify the delivery of marketing support
  • Partners with Operations Employee Brand to monitor talent related KPIs for assigned regions and champion the biggest opportunities to make a positive impact
  • Builds and leverages knowledge of historical tactical performance, local talent landscape, talent marketing industry trends and best practices to explore, recommend, execute, and evaluate the performance of a variety of recruitment marketing tactics
  • Partners with internal and external agency teams to deliver a best-in-class marketing support experience for franchisees
  • Works cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Accounting and Legal teams to support franchisees recruitment efforts
  • Supports and manages the brand integrity of marketing recruitment assets, collateral and guidelines for approved agencies and franchisees
  • Helps manage field recruitment requests submitted by approved agencies and through custom order requestsEducation, Experience, and Skills Required
    • Business degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field plus relevant professional experience
    • 3+ years of strategic and/or campaign marketing experience
    • Prior project management and franchise experience (a plus)
    • Self-starter who strives to find more efficient ways of getting things done, doesnt require constant handholding or reminders about what tasks need to be completed
    • Creativity to develop new ideas and approaches and the confidence to introduce them
    • Top-notch operational skills with the ability to break down complex processes and challenges and operationalize solutions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence, and inspire trust in others
    • A keen eye for creative design and the ability to effectively communicate creative feedback in order to achieve and maintain brand alignment (creative software expertise a plus but not required)
    • Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to effectively juggle projects, timeline, and priorities
    • Outstanding analytical skills allowing to develop and set KPIs, measure performance, and understand and share the story the data tells
    • Good working knowledge of advertising technologies and tactics (PPC, digital/social advertising, programmatic ads, etc.)
    • Working experience with marketing technologies (CRMs, content management systems, etc.)
