Position SummaryThis position is responsible for organizing, planning, leading and directing clinical and management in accordance with policies and procedures. The position contributes to organizational operations and supports the mission by fostering positive communications/collaboration. Delegates and oversee tasks to ensure goals and objectives are met in accountable areas.-Ensure that the clinical integrity of client programs and services are maintained. Develop, instruct, and oversee educational training initiatives for staff, clients, and parents. Establish standards for continuing education and professional development for staff members. Ensures that RBTs and supervisees receive the required supervision according to the BACB requirements, as well as oversees practicum and supervision requirements for staff pursuing BCBA certification. Has a clear understanding of all supervision requirements for RBTs and supervisees. Monitors clinical team members performance and progress toward outcomes. Oversees BCBA utilization and caseloads and works with the leadership team to maintain billable hours on caseload, case transitions, etc. Collaborates with other departments to identify training needs, assists with the development of training resources, and ensures the delivery of regularly occurring training/CEUs across the platform. Foster relationships with community partners such as organizations, special interest groups, school districts, university programs, government agencies, or other entities that can help advance the organization s mission and goals. Implement, supervise and/or train on the implementation and supervision of comprehensive assessments and annual reassessments of current and potential clients. Consistently work towards and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals as specified in growth and action plans. Solves daily and weekly clinical and billing/session issues and reports any critical concerns to the leadership team. Provides/arranges coverage for clinical supervision and support with case transitions, leave management, turnover, etc. Maintains knowledge of profit and loss and understands how clinical function impacts the overall health of the organization. Assists in the development and maintenance of training consistent with ACE requirements. This position is part of the leadership team and allows for the candidate to bring their own professional ideas and interests to the table to foster quality program improvements within CTS. Attends and actively participates in supervision and staff meetingsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Master s Degree: Current license for professional field of practice (state-licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Must meet the requirements for the BACB supervision credentials 5+ years of experience in a clinical role as a BCBA, for this field of practice (applied behavior analysis, or ABA)3+ years of clinical director experience developing and supervising treatment programs for children with autism in this field of practiceAbility to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certificationExtensive knowledge of and experience with autism spectrum disorders.Advanced knowledge, skills, and experience within this professional field of practice.Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Clear enthusiasm and positive attitude towards collaborating with others and working together as a team.Strong ability to multi-task, independently plan, and organize own activities to prioritize daily workloads.Ability to implement and demonstrate all clinical treatment techniques expected of other department staff.Ability to learn and implement new information technology tools and systems rapidly.Must excel in computer use to include, but not limited to, Word, Excel and email, as well as other forms of communication through technology. Results-driven with the aptitude to apply critical thinking skills and problem-solving. Respond to work/staff needs outside of normal work hours (management level position may require more than 40 hours at times.
