Job Title: Front Desk ManagerLocation: North Scottsdale, AZ (near East Bell Road and the 101)Compensation: Dependent on ExperienceEmployment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, 401K, and PTO)Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!Job Description:The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the multiple disciplinary functions of the administrative team from front desk to patient care and logistics. This position will work to evaluate the current process for opportunities to improve, hold team members accountable for high-level accuracy, provide impeccable customer service, and encourage a positive team-centric environment.We are looking for an independent individual with proven managerial and leadership skills who strives for excellence by understanding their responsibilities and coaching their team to take ownership of their roles. This professional will teach and support superb standards of serving patients above and beyond the norm.Essential Functions:Manage day to day administrative functions of the clinic including but not limited to patient scheduling, billing, medication, and lab logisticsResponsible for leading the administrative team with integrity and professionalism while consistently upholding company motivesProactively consider logistics, obstacles, and opportunities for improved administrative function and patient careLead one on one and team meetings to ensure communication is consistent, clear, and intentionalAdapt and prioritize as consistent changes in processes or additional treatment options are implementedBe able and willing to step in and support team members as neededCreate and guide both team and individual training and developmentMust be able to make quick and accurate decisions to handle patient issues with the utmost careParticipate in interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and disciplining team membersManage and report specific financial areas for the clinic and department budgetRequired Qualifications:Bachelors or Master's degree in a Business or Healthcare related field2+ years of relevant management experienceExceptional communication and critical thinking abilitiesDemonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills through humility, teamwork, and a desire to realize the potential of employees and support growthProven ability to critically think through operations and logistics to overcome obstaclesExperience performing under pressure with a sense of urgency and attention to detailUnderstanding of HIPAA requirementsPreferred Qualifications:Experience managing a medical clinic or facilityExperience in healthcaresZUwuUDqTe
