Pay Rate: Up to $50,000 - $65,000 includes bonus

Thai Chili 2Go is a rapidly growing fast-casual restaurant concept offering made from scratch Thai food and we are looking for great leaders for our general manager position. Our brand is growing and we are looking for managers with prior kitchen manager experience. Kitchen managers are a great fit to our brand with the amazing WOK style cooking and fresh, high-quality food. Job Responsibilities

The General Manager position is an exempt role and requires a 5 day work week.

The General Manager is primarily responsible for the following:

• Complete daily opening & closing manager procedures
• Assist in the kitchen during peak business, as needed
• Manage the day with a guest satisfaction and customer service focus
• Train and oversee the kitchen staff
• Train and develop the entire team
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized
• Maintain the standards of the Health Department
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Manage labor throughout the shift
• Manage inventory Skills & Requirements Qualifications
